In case of justified opposition, the processing can no longer concern the data in question.
Any Member or Client has the right to object at any time, free of charge and without any justification, by sending to ELECTRA M&E ROMANIA S.R.L. of a request made in writing, dated and signed, for the data it concerns to be processed for direct marketing purposes, on behalf of the operator or a third party, or to be disclosed to third parties for such a purpose.
